HI ALL, FIRST I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW IF MY 5+ YEARS OF SELLING I'VE ONLY HAD PROBLEMS WITH 2 PACKAGES:) SEE BELOW FOR THE 2 SITUATIONS. Yes I do and I recently added around 20 more country's to my list:) all are shipped 1st class with a shipping dc# which I email you. Many people don't realize a 1st class international DC# isn't traceable once outside of the U.S., only US packages are traceable the whole way. It does show the package was picked up and scanned at my post office. Once outside of the U.S. the package is given another shipping number for your country. I am not liable for any problems with orders caused by usps or custom's. If the error is my personal fault then I will happily re-ship your order:) thankfully that's never happened. Some countries use different signs/symbols in their address's, like Brazil. Please make sure your address is easy to read and correct on your check-out form, thank you:) International shipping cost's do not show up on the listings and I tried pasting them here but ecrater's program doesnt take that kind of file paste. If your country isnt on the list, let me know and I can add it on. If you want the shipping cost before buying, please email me at cher65@sbcglobal.net. On average the price range is 5.00-9.00 depending on the lot size, a few countries go up to 9.75 and others the max is 8.00. I charge as close to my cost as possible:) I can ship Prioity flat rate of 9.95-11.95 which is for any lot size or Express (higher cost). That price does not include any paypal fee's but does provide a faster delivery USPS. The only traceable service is "Express" mail but it's very, very expensive. The delivery time varies, some people get it in 3-4 days, some up to 3 weeks (not many at all take that long), it depends on the following; delays due to storms, the route, USPS strike in countires from here to there, custom's "holding" the package, ect. I myself have been waiting for one from Canada for 2 weeks now. Being a on-line buyer myself I know what it's like waiting for a package, another one I'm waiting for from MAC was shipped from the U.S. and it's been 1.5 weeks. Others might be here in 5 days, so we have no control. yes you can:)) I have many lot auctions available. Feel free to buy 2 of of any or 2 different ones. You can pick 2 of the same color if you buy 2 lots, but if you pick 2 of my very rares please email me to make sure I have enough. I only have a few colors I'm running low on and wont be replacing due to they are so very hard to find. If only 1 auction but 2 of the same color needs to be approved first. Thank you:) If you buy 2 large lots sometime's I'm able to reduce your shipping cost depending where you live and the size of the listings you buy.

All my samples come in 5 gram jar containers using sterile metal measuring spoons. I secure them with blue painters tape to prevent spillage during shipping along with wrapping them in bubble wrap. The painters tape prevent's the jars from getting sticky unlike normal tape:), my buyers love it. I use poly bubble lined shipping envelopes so the outside is protected by the wet and the inside in lined with more bubble wrap. I go to great extent in all areas of my business to make sure my buyers get the best service they can. All of my samples come labled with the color name. Measuring samples: I use 2 1/4 tsp's instead of an 1/2 measuring spoon. A 1/2 tsp doesnt fit into macs full jars very well, makes a big mess and is big for the sample jars. I use two 1/4 tsp's, the first I pile the pigment onto the spoon and smash it down, do another heaping pile, smash it down until no more can fit and theres a small "mound" over the top. The 2nd 1/4 is a normal firm 1/4 tsp, as you can see they are a good size 1/2 tsp. On some samples I give extra, if i'm at the bottom of a full jar and theres under a 1/2 tsp left, I'll split it between a few samples. Most of the time I'll mark the sample 1/2++, 5/8 some up to 3/4. I dont always mark them which will make my other 1/2 tsp's look less, thats why none of my 1/2 tsp's will look alike. Another reason why do some look less: matte's, metallics & glitter samples will look less then other types of pigments due to their fine texture. Glitters more so then the others. The finer the product the less it will look & fill the container. It happens with us sellers also, my full jars from MAC come only 3/4 full which only gives me 5-6 samples per jar . The samples will also "settle" during shipping. When I measure glitters I give heaping 1/2 teaspoons, once they settle they look less then when I originally put them into the sample jars.

On all of my listings of 8 or more, bought here or direct you get a 9th free 1/4 tsp sample. You get to pick 3 choices and I pick 1 of them and surprise you . I like my buyers to pick a pro , regular and a le color. The le color cannot be from a current new collection nor any more expensive rares. I recommend to my buyers to buy 8 or more, the free color can bring the average cost down from 4.87 to 4.37 per sample, thats a great deal.

Hi, I have around 10-15 higher cost rares along with some of the overrich colors which are 1.00 more. How to calculate an more expensive color: first with the rares, example: it says 1/2 = 6.99 that dollar amount isnt the total extra added, it's the extra between the average cost per sample and the rare cost. My lot of 10 is around 48.00 so I take the rare 6.99, deduct 4.80 (the average price per sample) and it equals 2.19. Thats the price I add onto the invoice/money request. On the higher cost overrich colors those colors say "1.00 extra" which means I'll only add 1.00 to the paypal money request per one bought. Due to mac making 6 of the new colors less per full jar I had to add the 1.00 to break even. Since I give 1/2 tsp samples I get 1/2 of the amount then 1/4 tsp's, actually even less since I give extra pigment in many of my samples. To pay for these extra's I send you a 2nd money request for the differance after you pay the original invoice through ecraters check-out process. You can also pay for it by adding it on to your 1st payment or send me a 2nd paypal payment for the differance. Add a additional 1.00 to it for the automatic fee's I get charged from paypal. I have been wearing & collecting MAC pigments since they were made and going on 5+ years of selling samples. #1 ASK TO SEE SELLERS RECEIPTS TO PROVE THEY GET THEIR PRODUCTS FROM MAC. I OFFER IN ALL MY LISTINGS TO SHOW MINE & AM HAPPY TO. IF SELLER CANT SHOW THEY BUY DIRECT I WOULDNT BY FROM THEM. IF THEY HAVE A LARGE STOCK AND A ON-GOING PIGMENT BUSINESS RECEIPTS FROM MAC IS A MUST. IF THEY SAY THEY CANT DUE TO ACCT INFO, ECT ON RECEIPTS THEY CAN ALWAYS BLACK THOSE PARTS OFF & STILL SHOW ENOUGH INFORMATION TO PROVE THEY BUY DIRECT. UPDATE: New changes in some 2009 plasic lid, very plain. Below gives info on fakes from when the were first made to where they are today. I keep the older info since the old fakes are still being sold. Things to watch for when buying mac pigments full jars & samples . There are many fake pigment full jar & sample seller's on Ebay, Ecrater and basically every where now and they are getting so good you really have to know pigments well to tell them apart. There are also sellers that are new to MAC pigments that aren’t aware they are selling fakes. In the past months I’ve contacted 6 of them, 3 who then asked for my help telling the fakes apart from the real. The three took the fakes off their site while the other didn’t care. Since then a few others I've contacted didnt take down there fakes after asking for help but in the long run not caring. Below is information MAC pigment buyers should keep in mind along with the fake pigment issue. Point 1: As a seller it really bothers me when I see other sellers calling mac regular & pro colors "rares" or "discontinued". Today I saw someone call “blue brown” a "new limited addition, get it now before it's gone" auction. I've seen many sellers doing this and if you’re new to mac pigments you wouldn’t know if it was true or not. If you ever have any doubts, mac cosmetics and macpro list all there pigments on their websites under eyeshadow and under multi-purpose products, check both to see all the pigments. Some might call a recently disc color a L.E which is ok due to we dont know exactly when mac chooses to take it off the market. . Point 2: price’s, make sure your not getting over charged or getting to good of a deal. On full jars if it’s being sold for way under cost then it’s most likely a fake. As ebay says "if a deal looks to good to be true then it probably is". When it comes to samples many sellers are charging way high these days, ever since ebay stopped allowing sample selling. Yes, we have to make a profit but charging 4 times higher then cost is way too much. Then there are sellers charging way low, that is a good sign they are selling fakes. Point 3: fakes, here are some way's to tell; (at first) fake jars lids are very shiny, almost as shiny as the 5 gram sample jar black tops. For the last 6 months or so they are changing the lids to look more like macs which makes it harder. Macs authentic are more of a flat black with a slight shine on the sides/corner (flash's from a camera will add shine to the picture especially if taken at night or dark background.) Look at my pictures, some are taken with a lighter flash & others darker. You can really see the differance the camera can make. The top of the lid is a matte black. Mac did make many years ago some with shiny lids but that was when they first came out and they arent as shiny as the fakes nor did they make many. Mac lids look all the same, but there are some very small differances depending on the type. Most of macs lids also have a slight mound on top. My last order from MAC PRO I got 18 jars with 3 differances with the lids, box's, ect (slight) . Now they are all very close but there are some small differances depending if it's a glitter, pro, le. I keep notations on all changes made with each mac order I buy. The top on the box's shouldn’t look like the bottom design which has 2 cut slits on the fold. Up until 2007 they were flat, now the have indents but they are not cut indents. Fake pigments rubs off easy when doing an arm swatch compared to the real. If you see a buy it now full jar at a much lower retail price then that’s another sign to watch out for. Feel free to ask seller’s where they get there mac items, if they say from a “wholesale warehouse” then it's fake. Mac doesn’t have "wholesale warehouse” or company's that sell wholesale. Knowing the year of the products help, thats part of the batch number on the bottom of the jars. Since people here mainly sell samples I know it's going to be hard to tell with these tips but any information can help:) There answer to where they buy their stock will hopefully give you the information you need. You can also ask to see pictures of the full jar and box. I have other tips and will keep this updated as much as possible. I keep my mac receipts, ask the seller if they have there's. I'd be more then happy to show mine to anyone who ask's and all good sellers shouldnt have a problem doing so. I'm not adding specific details due to I don't want the fake sellers to get the information. MAC just like any other company makes mfg errors so you might see a sticker hanging 1/2 off, a wired line around the side of the lid, font thicker or thinner on the box or batch #, ect..all that happens, I see it first hand. Added 2/25/09: Note, some sellers like myself sometimes will make the colors show up as much as possible by contrasting them. When that is done to a picture it brings out the color more but also makes lids look blacker and shiny. Ask the seller if they have other pictures they can send you, I have single pictures of 99% of my stock which shows the lids/color closer up. I have a picture of a fake full jar , feel free to email me for a picture of it. I have it next to an original to show the differance. I also have names of fake sample sellers..I won't list them here, I don't feel that's right. 3/2009 update: The fake pigments are getting much harder to tell, the makers of these have gotten very good. I can tell the differance due to I learn every square inch of MACS jars & box's but most people can't. Thats why I stick to selling pigments & glitters only, it would be too hard to learn everything about everyone of MACS products. Now there are fake brush's, regular eyeshadows & other MAC items being made. If your looking for a full jar of a color but not sure of the seller or picture of the item please feel free to run it past me.

Hi, good question, this site can be difficult to understand, it is for us sellers also. If you pay via ecraters invoice there is a link on your payment receipt. Then ecrater will send you a reminder feedback email within 20 days after your purchase with a link. Keep your orginal invoice & any therE paper work from them until the process is done. Please read my feedback, i'm sure you'll be more then happy with my service:) I'm big on communication & my buyers happiness is the most important thing to me. (more info will be added) My shimmers are my personally made loose mineral eye shadows, not glitter. Like other company's I use pure Mica's brands (top of the line) to create all of my products. I mix and match and create each color to make them unique and mine. Some are very different then the "standard" color to give buyers more choices which was the reason for creating my line. They are all eye & lip safe. So far these have been a hit and my buyers love them!!! The textures are like butter, the don't have little pearls or texture like Helium with flecks that are hard to blend. I have much more info as of 3/15/09 on the actual listing about the micas I use, ect. MICAS: Highest quality all natural loose minerals makeup made with crushed minerals. The products are all hypo-allergenic with a high SPF with natural healing ingredients. All mineral makeup products include only pure and natural minerals-NO FILLERS OR PRESERVATIVES. BLENDING MIX: Includes titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, magnesium stearate, kaolin clay, authentic silk mica, methicone-treated sericite. It has light diffusion and reflection and can be used for all cosmetics. I don't use the "filler" bismuth oxychloride, that irritates the skin. Bismuth is used in some MICAS made for lip products or bright colors like reds, oranges, ect. If in the future I use this it will be noted next to the product name.
